Our recruitment procedure:
- CV and covering letter analysis and selection.
- Interview at Polfa's head office with HR specialist and a manager of the department you want to work for. This is a two-stage process. Aside from the interview you maybe be asked to take part in psychological and expertise tests
- Feedback on the interview and test results for all candidates who took part in our recruitment process.
- Negotiation of work terms for successful candidates. We often stay in touch with candidates who could not be accepted for reasons specified in the feedback. You may be notified when the next vacancy occurs.
